Brighter Days is a caregiver organization and health-record keeping tool for adults age 18 and older. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and only enter information you have authority to manage. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of your records and files. You authorize the processing needed to store, retrieve and display them and operate the features you request. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions made using it. Do not upload unlawful material or information you are not entitled to manage.

Brighter Days is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Medication and health records describe information entered by caregivers; the app does not calculate doses or recommend treatment. An Emergency Health Summary is a record summary, not an emergency response service. For emergencies use your local emergency services. Reminders may be delayed or unavailable because of device settings or service interruptions and must not be your only safeguard.

Verify important care, benefits, eligibility, service and deadline information with the relevant professional or organization. Printing, exporting or opening files in other applications creates copies outside our control. Household access depends on permissions, and shared-household deletion may require support.

This testing release may contain errors, change or become temporarily unavailable. The current beta is free; joining it does not automatically enroll you in a future paid plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular care decision. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. You may request account deletion in Account & Settings or at https://brighterdaysapp.com/delete-account/. Contact brighterdaysappsupport@gmail.com for support. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated effective date.
